Skill Development Training Programme on Plate & Palm Leaf Making

A skill development training programme on plate and palm leaf making was organised to provide practical and livelihood-oriented skills to women participants.

• The programme focused on traditional and eco-friendly leaf-based product making, helping participants develop useful skills that can support income generation and sustainable livelihoods.

• The participants received practical exposure to the process of making plates and other useful products from natural palm leaves. The training also encouraged the use of environmentally friendly alternatives to conventional disposable products.
